Reason: How I got interested in Psychology?(part 1)

When I was in 12th standard, I used to go to gym. In gym, as we usually discuss different things, I was discussing some things with my friends. In that discussion, the topic of Girls came out. So, they asked me whether you have girlfriend or not. As I was not having girlfriend, I said No. They said 'what is this, yaar?? The boy like you must have girlfriend. Why are you coming to gym?? Not for girls???'

They continued, 'It is easy to have girlfriend! The things you are best at, just show it off  & girls will get impressed!! It is not difficult at all to get girlfriend!!! You can get one. You have
good body, you are studious, so it will not be difficult for you to get girlfriend!!'

Then I thought that I will do something to get girlfriend. Then in the tuition which I joined for 12th, I had to choose a girl from there only. I knew that I'm dumb. I observed a girl & concluded that she is smart. I also knew one thing that opposites attract, so I thought according that wo mujse pat jayegi. This was the reason I chose that particular girl. 

Also I was well-known because of some crackbrained things I did like comment something to make whole class laugh, coming late to classes. So, I thought as I am getting attention, I will continue that to get her attention. Then I started doing all the irrelevant things to get into her eyes. I never tried to do friendship with her or didn't try to know her. It was the like I want girlfriend, that's it.

For many days, It was just staring at her only. Simultaneously I used to crack PJs in the class, she used to laugh & look at me in curiosity of who did this, but I used to think that she also likes me. I wasn't in the state of mind of knowing what it really is. I used to think that I'm so close of having girlfriend. Then gradually she also came to know that I was staring at her. So she refused to look at me when I was cracking PJs or doing anything else to get her attention. So, I became restless & decided to ask her.

As I am shy, I didn't have guts to tell others that I liked her in fear of their teasing. I only told this to one friend. Then I decided that whatever may happens in this week whenever I'll get a chance, when nobody will notice me asking her I'll just check whether she is interested in me or not.
